 American Cruise Lines Cruise Line

American Cruise Lines’ brand new small ships are uniquely designed to navigate the inland waterways and rivers of the United States. Carrying 49 to 120 passengers, the ships carry passengers to some of the most fascinating places in America. The casual yet elegant ambiance allows guests to relax, and enjoy the company of fellow travelers who share their interests in American history, nature and culture. Large public lounges and observation decks are the perfect place to mingle with friends new and old, and a glass enclosed dining room seats all passengers comfortably at one time. Most of the spacious staterooms feature large opening picture windows, roomy baths and private balconies. From picturesque New England villages to the expansive Pacific Northwest, American Cruise Lines’ fleet enables passengers to discover places of historic interest and unrivaled scenery while unwinding in the friendly and accommodating atmosphere created by their all-American staff. The line currently operates the American Spirit, American Star, American Glory, and debuts the Independence in 2010. American Cruise Lines has also acquired the authentic paddle wheeler, Queen of the West (formerly part of the Majestic America Line), and will start running cruises along the Columbia and Snake Rivers.
