We have cruised with several major lines over the past 10 years, and stayed with American for the last 4 cruises. They cater to seniors and provide wonderful excursions, staterooms, history lectures, and meals. The guided excursions are reasonably priced and well done. Their smaller ships allow one to get to know many passengers, some of whom we se on a second cruise. The chef made us outstanding sugar-free desserts on request. We have booked our 5th cruise in Maine next August, and we plan to cruise on the Mississippi in 2012 when their new stern-wheeler is launched. It is nice to see America, having been on many cruises in Europe, the Balkans, South America, and the Near East. We certainly recommend American Cruise Lines for anyone. The Zamas, Houston.
