The cruise was beautiful. The ship and crew members were incredibly friendly and my husband and I had a great time. However, I will be looking at other cruise lines due to the poor treatment my brother in-law received from the Jantzen Beach Office in Portland. I recommended the cruise to him, and so he went to the office for information. The women were very curt and rude to him. I might visit Alaska again, but certainly not with this company! For anyone considering an Alaska cruise, my husband and I had a wonderful time and we're sure that you will find Alaska terrific too.
