This was a well organised, excellent cruise experience. The cruise director Jean-Loup was most professional in everything he did. Everything on the ship was perfect. It would come highly recommended by me.
The food was excellent with an extensive menu every day.
Our room was also excellent. The chambermaid Viktoria was most efficient.
This was our second river cruise, the first with Avalon. My wife and I have taken over a dozen ocean cruises with various companies. We rate this cruise very highly. The cruise director Jean-Loup was easily the best we have come across. There was a mixture of different nationalities on board. As well as the British there were American, Canadian, Australian and a group from Mexico. All got on well with each other. Recommended for seniors only.
