We did not care for some of the music or activities, feeling that they were not suitable for young children. Movies played in the main family area (swimming pool, water park, ropes course, food bar areas) overflowed with what we felt was inappropriate language and content. Crowd "games" operated by the entertainment staff encouraged women and men to act like fools in front of hundreds kids. From approximately 12PM to 5PM every day, the family area was turned into a nightclub type area with music so loud you could not hold a conversation without yelling into the ear of the other person. Several nights included parties going past midnight with the music so loud that my child was unable to sleep due to the noise level in our room.

This would be a great cruise for a college spring break crowd and adults who like to party.

The self-serve ice cream machines rock!!!

Below average quality food in my opinion. Similar to Country Buffet or college food service. The first night, we dressed up and went to our assigned dining area and were underwhelmed with the quality of food. It wasn't horrible but it was disappointing based on our expectations. After eating at our assigned dining area, we walked through the general food service area (Lido deck) and noticed that the same food we were just served in our dining area was being served buffet style to those in swimsuits, shorts and flip flops. We were charged $10 daily additional for gratuity to eat in the assigned dining area plus an additional daily gratuity to eat in the Lido deck. I informed guest services we would no longer be eating in the dining area and they pro-rated a refund for the remaining mandatory gratuity for the dining room.

Some of the stand-alone food “bars” were good. The burgers served at the Guy Fieri bar rocked. The burrito/taco bar was also good but it was open only briefly daily (12PM to 2:30PM?). The Pizza station was above average.

Awesome! It is worth paying extra for a balcony. We interacted with several families who had interior rooms and they were disappointed in the size and lack of view. I'm glad I paid the extra money and recommend never going on a cruise unless you get a balcony room. My daughter and I spent hours sitting on the balcony talking, reading or just enjoying the view together.

Our room steward rocked!!! Our room was spotless and he went out of his way to make my daughter feel special.

It would be nice to not have to run interference for my precious daughter on this cruise because of what I felt was bad language and activities.

The water park was awesome, if you could overlook the constant sexual messages promoted by the staff and which was forced on them due to the excessive speaker system.

The ropes course was great.

The family "Dive In" movie area was phenomenal when they played suitable movies. One night, they played the sing-along version of Frozen. It was impossible not to laugh and smile when hundreds of children belted out the theme song, "Let It Go”

You must swim with turtles in Grand Cayman. The turtle sanctuary was great and my daughter will never forget this activity. She got to hold sea turtles and swim with them.

I highly recommend the dolphin swim in Cozumel. I was disappointed in the waiting time and some of the logistics but you can never forget swimming with dolphins.
