This was my first cruise, and I was NOT impressed. The service was terrible and apparently their definition of "all inclusive" is different from mine. There were hidden fees for pretty much everything. I think they even had a charge for blinking. We went with a large group and they messed up our seating arrangement and made people move from tables and we STILL didn't get to sit together. And to top it all off we had to pay gratuity to a waiter who was terrible. We sat with empty glasses for about 30 minutes and very rarely saw our waiter. I would not recommend this ship to ANYONE.
