Beware cruisers! Rebecca with Parfait Weddings was supposed to plan my wedding in Grand Cayman. When our ship was unable to dock due to inclement weather, she kept more than $1000.00 in what she called "planning fees". Imagine what it would be like to know that your wedding day was unexpectedly cancelled and your wedding planner explains to you that you are still responsible for such a large sum of money. Please do not use this vendor. I plan to share my experience with Parfait Weddings and Events with every cruise ratings web site and any other sites I can find. I hope no one has to relive the horror I felt on my wedding day.
