This was my first cruise with Carnival and will be my last. The staff was not friendly, ship was dirty, when asked for help the staff just looks at you and does nothing about the problem. Lines were long for buffet, they never had enough trays, cups, and clean plates. The staff moved at a snails pace and acted like they rather you were not on the ship. The adult pool was filled with kids and the staff wouldn't do anything about it. Princess cruise lines actually treat you like a Princess and it is worth the extra money.
The food on the Lido deck was poor at best. The selection was limited and if you don't mind being served the same bad food everyday of your cruise then you may like it. The cold foods were warm and the warm foods were cold, however, the food served in the dining rooms was very good along with an attentive wait staff. With the poor food and unfriendly staff on the remainder of the ship, I will not be booking a Carnival cruise again.
The stateroom was dated but adequate.
The Onboard activities were boring and not very creative.
