When i called to book a cruise/ I asked if the ship offered daycare. The person asked the birthdate of my grandchild i told her 1-14-2010 she said yes they do offer day care and camp carnivile. 4 days before cruising we found out she had to be 2 years old to go to camp carnival and the ship we were going on did not have day care. I called to see if a could get back the 600.00 they charged me for a child 12 days short of 2 years old. We did not take my grand child because of no daycare on the ship that we was told they had when booking. Carnival refuses to give any money back at all.
