This was our 15th cruise and by far the worst. We reserved two cabins for our family and were immediately told the cabins had flood problem. By mid week we were walking on soaked carpets. They thought they were doing us a favor by giving us a $900 refund. I spoke with their Customer Care department when I came back but to no avail. I have since written the CEO and haven't yet heard back. You get what you pay for! Do yourselves a favor and pay a little extra and go on Royal Caribbean. The food was only okay the entertainment pitiful. This was our grandchildren's first cruise and we wanted this to be a memorable experience. It was that but for the wrong reasons.

Both cabins had a leak which only got worse as the week went on. Our bed ruffles and drapes were even wet. We spent the week with huge fans running 24 hours. They sent an extractor in each hour.

Activities were okay but nightly entertainment was pitiful

Excursions were great. Swam with string ray in Grand Turks, went to Blue Lagoon in Nassau and enjoyed the private island of Half Moon Cay.,

A big disappointment
