We went to Hell and back...this was the worst cruise ever! There is a reason they are cheap. Do not take Carnival!

The food was horrible. My sister has a food allergy and even with adequate knowledge, they treated us like dirt. They kept asking us if we were on the list, telling us the ship didn't have soy milk or saying flat out that there was nothing she could eat. The incident that topped all others was when we told the waiter about my sisters' allergy to milk and cheese they suggested mac and cheese for her to eat!

The cabin steward never came down to turn up the beds making the kids were unable to go to bed since you need a key to open the bunk beds.

This was the worst trip of our lives. Between being told I couldn't bring my registered service animal on the boat because it was supposedly illegal under the ADA, having the staff scream at us literally, being treated like dirt....I am currently filing a law suit. The requirement you need in order to work on carnival as staff is to have a nasty attitude, be rude, refuse to accommodate those with allergies or disabilities and serve people with a frown. Otherwise, you do not qualify. Do not take any Carnival cruises - especially freedom or you will regret it. Spend the money and take Royal or Norwegian. Nothing can be worse than Carnival.
