Since I've always cruised with Carnival, I have nothing to compare it to, but as always I thought it was wonderful! I've always found the ships to allow a choice for anyone. You may chose to be in a large crowd, medium crowd, only a few or quiet time alone. I especially enjoyed the Promenade on the Freedom. Sometimes just gentle quiet music and a great cup of coffee is all you need to set the tone for your day or evening.

I found the food to have a wide assortment of choices from varying countries. I chose not to go to the dinning room, but to eat at my leisure on Lido. Did go to the Steakhouse with my son and the food was absolutely the way I remembered it from eating in the "Supper Club". Sure do wish you had left the name alone. It just seemed more special before.

I had a balcony stateroom. I really love the balconies and have had one before, thanks to my son! It was tastefully arranged and very comfortable. I do want to commend my room steward, Argus!! Always a smile and since I was in and out of the room several times a day, I'm sure it was a little difficult for him. He definitely did a wonderful job!!!

The VIP cocktail hour was nice. I must say over the years I've cruised with Carnival, the latest cruises do not offer nearly as many lounges with varying styles of music. I miss that!! Of course, I loved the shows in the theater!! Many cruisers I spoke with said they rarely get a chance to see live theater, so that was always a high point of their cruise. This was a bittersweet cruise for me because I watched my son, Trent Webb sing his last Production shows. Yes, I'm prejudice, but he is fantastic and has had a wonderful 22 year run singing with Carnival! :)

I will end trip was everything I knew it would be!
