We were very disappointed in our cruise. We really wanted to go to Belize and Roatan, but both ports were cancelled. They replaced Belize with Costa Maya - not a good switch as Costa Maya has absolutely nothing to do and looks like it is still recovering from a hurricane. They cancelled Belize because of "congestion." What do I care, I already had an excursion booked. They cancelled Roatan because it was too windy. What a lame excuse as we were there at the port, docked early in the morning and the wind was no worse than the other ports.

If you want to go on a cruise and actually get off the ship, don't go on Carnival. To make things worse, all they do is offer an apology. I felt like I got ripped off and should get a refund for not doing what they said they would. In most places, this is called fraud. They just like to protect themselves with the "right to cancel" blah blah. Bad customer service.

The food was disappointing. I can get better food at Chili's.

The room was the best part, it was nice and clean. The crew did an excellent job cleaning, accomodating, and making us feel welcome.

The shows were good, but they tended to use the audience for "game shows" too much. Dancing was all too late. They only used half of the clubs at any time. During the day, we were actually quite bored.

Grand Cayman is awesome. You have to go to stingray city. Gorgeous and fun.

It was fair. Spent a lot of time and money getting to and from and would have rather just flown to one of the port cities so it wouldn't get cancelled on us.
