Not the best cruise we've been on.

Food was very sub-standard for cruise ship dinning.

Our stateroom was very cold, 69 degrees F. when we arrived and never got above 75 degrees.

Activities were many, but the ship was cold everywhere we went, unless we went out side.

Our best excursion was a tour of cozamel, but we did have to travel some distance to reach it.The jungle bike ride in Belize took 45 minutes on very poor roads to get to and our guide seemed to be in a hurry to get us back for lunch and to the pool. Could not get many pictures on the bike ride due to the fast pace by our guide.

Our weather was great, our room was cold and when we contacted guest services for help, we received word in the form of a card on th bed that said the air handeling system was working within Carnival guidelines. Another couple at our dining table said they had the very same concern and a technician was there within a few minutes and they said their cabin was much warmer and more comfortable.

We have only cruised with Carnival three or for times in the past and always had a pleasnt stay, but by day two or three we couldn't wait to return and go home. It was very hard to get served a hot meal and our waite staff seemed to always be rushing us with our meals. They went thru all of the normal hype to make you feel welcome and important, but in the end they were just trying to get us out of there so they could set up for the late seating and take a break. We felt like we were in their way. We have eight cruises under our belts and have never been treated this way.
