I was on the Carnival Legend that left NYC on May 13th, 2005. I can't say enough
about the ship or the crew. The food was incredible!!! Our waiter/waitress (Azim
& Petra) were INCREDIBLE!!! They were attentive, and Azim even got me a piece of
key lime pie when it wasn't on the menu! They were always there when you needed
them, and were lots of fun! The food was wonderful, plenty of it and the quality
was incredible -- desserts, too. The cocktail waitress was hard to find at
times, but she was busy so that was understandable! (as if I needed more
alcohol!)
The Boat was so clean, I think you could've done surgery on the bathroom floor!
I swear every time we left our room, they folded our toilet paper in a little
triangle & replaced our towels! I've never seen anyplace so clean in my life.
Morning, noon & night they were wiping down the deck, buffing the staircases,
and mopping. The cleanliness of this ship was amazing. The entertainment was
enjoyable, and Karaoke Dave was hysterical! The band in Sachmo's was great, too,
and had the place singing "Sweet Caroline" almost every night!
I had a great time on this cruise with my family/friends, and would ABSOLUTELY
go back on this ship again. The ship was beautiful, the food was great, and the
staff was friendly & attentive at all times!
Great vacation!
