This was my first cruise and may be my last...at least on Carnival. The waiters and dinners were excellent and all else was not even second-rate.

I understood before booking the cruise Carnival was not first-class, but I at least expected "good" service. We went to an art auction on board and I couldn't believe Carnival harbors such crooks. The art auctions were held by Park West, and luckily we didn't buy any art from them. When we got back we saw the same art for a third as much, though they kept saying they were selling for a fraction of the price!!! Carnival-1 Brandon-0

On the cruise they offer bingo games to entertain you and charge $20 a game and give away $500. Luckily for Carnival they only offer one prize and have 100-200 players (instead of tending to the travelers they make a huge profit). Carnival-2 Brandon-0 After checking out 1 excursion on the boat ($80)we found that the same trip could be booked for $20 on your own. Carnival- 3 Brandon-0

It's too bad, but I felt every chance they had they tried to rip you off rather than show you a good "fun, time". Although cruise ships are a business I felt like I was being scammed the entire time. I would advise people to spend a little more and go on a real cruise ship in the future.

When I was leaving the ship in the end I could almost hear the captain: "Bon Voyage Suckers"!
