Horrible! This was out 9th carnival Cruise and 18th overall. We has to wait over two hours from getting our room key to getting on the ship.

The dining room waiter never introduced himself and never learned our names. For 3 dinners there were 8 people at the table sharing two menus. We had to constantly ask for more water or coffee, We had no napkins or silverware at dinner. All of the starters were delivered to the table at once. Some nights we never get get the food we ordered, The service was very slow.

The food was fairly bland, The meat and lamb were tender but not seasoned. The buffets were soggy and some food was cold, like hit digs, that are supposed to be hot. The lobster entree at dinner was two bites, The Guts burgers were good, but we did not go on a cruise to eat hamburgers, The sugar free desserts at dinner were bland and did not taste good, My husband is a diabetic so that was all he could eat,

The cabin was too warm. We booked directly through carnival and were NEVER told our room was over the Karaoke Lounge, We did not sleep due to noise and heat in cabin. We complained but we were only offered a down graded cabin, Our room was "in range of normal temperature." we finally got less than $200 dollar credit and 10% off next 7 day cruise.

If you did not get off the ship on port days there was very little organized events to do on board,

We did not do excursions on this trip.
