The Cruise and staff
I really enjoyed this cruise. This was my first cruise ever and it was my
favorite vacation I have ever had. I enjoyed the food, the entertainment
and everything on the boat. Everyone I met on the boat was extremely nice.
The staff was the best. Mark Hawkins was the cruise director, not only was
he good at his job but he was very funny as well. His assistant was Karl,
but he likes to be called Karl with a k. I got to meet Karl and I really
liked him.
The Entertainment
Every night they put on a show at 8:45 P.M. and they were all fantastic.
There were dancers, singers, jugglers, magicians and even had a hypnotist.
They also had a bingo every night.
The rooms
The rooms took me by surprise, I thought they were really going to be
small, but they were bigger then I imagined. I never went in the room,
except to get changed and sleep. We had a balcony on ours and the view was
terrific.
The food
The food was magnificent. There was 24-hour pizzeria, and they had
everything you want. The food just wowed me when I saw it. Every night the
dinnertime was the same, you would either be at the main seating, or the
late seating.
The drinks
Everyday they had a different drink, and all of them were delicious. There
were alot of fruit drinks.
Overall
I really loved this cruise I went on, and I wished I never had to get off.
There were fantastic activities like the hairy chest contest, the pool
Olympics, trivia and family feud. I loved this cruise so much that I want
to go on another one as soon as possible. The hardest thing to give up was
the food, the entertainment and saying bye to Karl. When the week is done
and you get home, you'll have felt like on the boat you were treated like
royalty. I hope that when everyone has seen my review, you will go on this
cruise and be happy and have a good time.
Edit: Chelsea sent this in addition to her first review.
Hello, this is my second review, but I felt like I
didn’t say enough. My name is Chelsea and I have only been on 1 cruise,
but for my first experience on a cruise, I must say that I was very
impressed with the ship, the staff, the service, and the activities. There
were so many things to do on the ship, you would never have gotten board
at all. The service and the staff were incredible. The people that served
you were incredibly friendly, the staff always had something going on to
entertain you. The activities were funny and enjoyable. Different things
from the hairy chest contest to the pool Olympics to family feud to
trivia. The ship had lots of places to go like Dr. Frankenstein’s lab were
the teens can dance, Maguire’s bar were the adults can get beer and watch
different sports games. Also there was the yellow brick road were you
could do some shopping. You can go to the Raven’s library to talk with
your friends on the Internet, You can go to Sam’s piano bar to listen to
piano players. Go to Bacchus Dining room to eat your fancy dinner at the
same time every night. For the midnight buffet you can go to Horatio’s,
you can visit Mr. Lucky’s casino and win some money, you can even go to
Adonis spas and relax. Head to the Phantom Lounge and watch the
entertainment and shows, and go to Wizards to play some arcade games.
This ship has everything you could want. When I got on the boat It was
like a dream. The food was tremendous. Hamburgers, salads, pizza, chicken
wings, Chinese food, Chicken, Shrimp, and anything you can even think of.
The drinks were so tasty. There were non-alcoholic fruit drinks for young
kids, beer for adults, and they had a new fruit drink every day.
Anyone who reads this review will know I’m not lying about how good
everything is on that boat, in fact I want to work on it when I’m old
enough. It wasn’t just the food and drinks and places. The people who
worked on it made it 100 times better. There was the cruise director Mark
Hawkins, There was Karl w/a k, which I got to meet, and everyone who
worked was nice.
The places we visited were beautiful. Grand Cayman, Belize, Costa Maya,
and Cozumel. Those places were so warm and beautiful. If you have a
balcony from your room your lucky, we did, and the sights were amazing. So
when you read this I hope that you will go on this cruise and see for
yourself.
