I was surprised and dismayed that Carnival caters to smokers. Apparently, Carnival doesn't know or care that second-hand smoke can cause Cancer. After all we now know how deadly smoking is, I can't believe that people are still polluting their bodies, and endangering babies, young children, and the elderly with their second-hand smoke. It would be wonderful if Carnival would take a stand and institute a flat "no smoking" on its cruise ships.
the food was deliciously prepared.
the stateroom was spacious and clean.
too many smokers. Because some of the activities were in the bar areas where smoking was permitted, we were unable to enjoy many of the activities -- the rooms were filled with smoke -- we couldn't breathe.
we went to the beaches - they're so lovely!!
Smoking on the ship took away from our cruise experience.
