Carnival did a great job from start to finish and greatly impressed me. I have been on 16 different Carnival, Royal Carribean, and Norwegian cruises. This was actually our second time sailing on the Carnival Pride. We loved it the first time and loved it again the second time. I highly reccommend this cruise ship to anyone looking for a fun time even if you are traveling with kids.

On the Carnival Pride the staff provided wonderful, tasty meals in all the free resturants. Just loved the main dining room. The service was exceptional. We also ate at the Davids steakhouse, the extra cost restaurant, one evening and found it to be well worth the extra cost.

We had an ocean view room. It was a cheap way to cruise but you still get to see the ship docking at the ports which is worth the extra cost. Our stateroom attendant was always ready to assist, never missed a beat and was extra kind to my kids.

We enjoyed all the onboard shows, I couldn't believe I was on a ship watching some of them! The comedy club was also a great place to go have a laugh.

Our first port was Port Canaveral Florida. We decided to do a air boat tour. This was a lot of fun and my kids also enjoyed it. When we got to Nassau, we did an excursion at Atlantis. It was fun but on our first cruise on the Pride to Nassau we did the Blue Lagoon adventure which is what I would recommend. You can also do a free walking tour in Nassau, just google it.

Overall we loved our trip.....I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a fun trip at a great value. I think Royal Carribean may give you a little better food but I do not think it is worth the extra cost. The extra restaurants and alcohol is also cheaper on Carnival ships. I think Carnival did a great job from start to finish and will defiantly go on another Carnival cruise, maybe even on the Pride again.
