If you are not planning on being sober during any part of your cruise this is the cruise for you. If your normal attire is bascketball shorts a muscle shirt and baseball cap carrying a bucket of beer then again this is the cruise for you! And if you have 20 tattoos to show of you will fit in just great. You will then LOVE the women in sleeveless dresses with tattoos all over their shoulders and they will be everywhere. If you like the shows at 6 Flags then you will not find much difference with the entertainment on Carnival. The main reviewer here says you will be surrounded by beauty, what they fail to mention is this beauty is nude art which is EVERYWHERE. Don't take the kids. It's even in the elevators. They play well to the party theme. If you enjoy hip hop/techno music you will love this because it plays 24/7 just about everywhere except the staterooms. For me I will never cruise Carnival again.

The food ranged from good to excellent although the first two nights it took 90 minutes for dinner. We commented to the Maitre de and they did speed things up considerably after that. The Lido deck buffets felt like a scavenger hunt as the stations opened and closed and you needed to take your schedule to find what you wanted and when that station was open. Although the table layout was attractive the inefficient use of the space made finding a table difficult which usually meant having one person camp out at a table while the other got food and then changing off. Again the decorating was a bit overwhelming with hundreds of mermaids hanging from the ceiling. We didn't eat at David's but if you do or go near it get ready for the 15 foot David statue complete with genitals.

Had a balcony stateroom and really enjoyed that.

Disappointing. It's Six Flags type dancers. And one headliner who had half the show inviting volunteers on state to make fools out of themselves. A lot of the other entertainment was Karaoke which frankly we only found fun the first time. We did enjoy the sing-a-long piano bar though. But we did find that all the entertainment repeated itself so we went to the piano bar a second time and it was exactly the same as the first time. DO NOT HIT every bar and show the first few days or you will have re-runs the rest of the cruise.

Carnival plays to the party crowd or as some call it the booze cruise. If this is your thing you will love it if not stay way from Carnival.
