Hats off to Carnival Cruise Lines, once again they have given myself and my family another wonderful vacation.. This was our second cruise on Carnival, the first being on the ship the Triumph to Canada last year, which that was totally fabulous also...Folks! if your looking for a wonderful time, you must do a Carnival Cruise, our trip on the Pride to Bermuda was flawless and so breath taking...Our arrival in New York, and the check in went as smooth as it could be, The ship was so beautiful, I must say I didn't care for all the paintings through-out the ship, but hey! I was on vacation, and nothing, not even nude paintings was going to spoil it....But the ship, the crew, the wait staff, just the greatest bunch of people anywhere, The food was the best, the dinners nightly at the Normandy restaurant were just the best, our two waiters, Feland, and Alan, were the hardest workers I have ever seen, they deserved every bit of the gratuity they got, I looked forward to seeing them every dinner, they now became my 2 new best friends.....If you want to eat well, then take a Carnival cruise....

Our cabin was on the small side, we did have a balcony, and I would never cruise without having a balcony, its so beautiful to sit out there and watch the ocean go by...Don't panic because the cabins are small, its not a hotel room by any means, but then, your only in there to shower and sleep, so cheer up, suck it in, and enjoy...Our cruise to Bermuda was the best, when we docked at the Naval ship yard, the weather was gorgeous, yes! it was very hot, but then it was August, again, suck it in, and enjoy....The tours were very pricy, some were ok, some were just so-so--so use your head, and go see what you think is going to make a lasting expression in your mind for years to come....My wife and oldest daughter did helmet diving--they loved it! Then all of us did the tour of Bermuda by bus, now that did not impress me too much--too much driving around, not enough time to get out and really explore, and our bus driver, could just talk the hind legs off a donkey. would I recommend it. Hard to say---its all up to the individual...Be prepared to spend some money in Bermuda, its not cheap, after spending all that for the cruise tickets, the shore excursions and gifts could add up...its just as easy to catch a ferry or bus to take you to Hamilton and just walk around and enjoy the sights and shopping....The water for swimming was beautiful, but be very careful when taking the tour for snorkeling---we all went, and many people got stung by jelly-fish including my daughter, it was very scary hearing allot of people screaming in the water, so listen up people. doing a cruise is the best thing next to sliced bread, BUT! when doing these excursion tours--think! is this going to be safe! use your head, just because the ship is safe, some of these tours may not...so please use caution....

OK, so you want to know what marks I give Carnival Cruise lines and the Pride..well here it is-----on a scale of 1-10--this happy vacationer gives this cruise a 10+--2 thumbs up--and if your wondering..I WILL cruise with Carnival again and again. Thank you Carnival, for making our second cruise with you guys a wonderful success........
