Just came back from my "magic mystery tour" |Carnival Splendor cruise to Bahamas|. It was worst experience in my life: never ever again by that wretched Carnival.

I got stomach pain in first day after eating in buffet, the choice very poor: cereal and milk, fried sausages, few types op prepared eggs etc. as in cheap hotel somewhere in indigent country: there are almost no vegetables. I like pizza there, but you should stay in huge line to get it. Long time waiting when you eat in restaurant. Waiter never can explain what is what in fancy menu: I don't read in Spanish or French and I don't understood the humor in menu description. -- No vegetables there also, but I got once a salad with spinach and just one half of cherry tomato and quarter of thin circle of cucumber (!): what is wrong with that ship? So most of time I eat once a day, only late breakfast. Three times I made few sandwiches in buffet to avoid the terrible restaurant.

Very good housekeeping. But I surprisingly found Pullman bed for me. I am not a teenager to climb. When I booked my cabin I had seen a different picture with usual normal bed, regular family size, on the floor and not for single under ceiling. It's very small narrow stateroom with ridiculous dangerous stair to my bed in the middle of the room.

In the first evening I was shocked to hear dirty jokes from entertainer "Whoo-Hoo" (it's kind of nickname) in the odium: he came to senior couple with microphone, asked their names and hometown and tried to cheer up with "Viagra" theme etc.

Workers onboard who organized activities where very rude. Once I saw people inside a hall with art exhibition an when I wanted to come in, the person, young man, jumping on me with scary face, screamed and pointed on some papers on his table... I receded.

I played in casino. Most of dealers polite and friendly, but sometimes they removed descriptions for "funny 21" Black Jack" and people didn't realize they play game with all queens withdraw. How many thousands of dollars they loosed? -- It's extremely unfair, I think. You can smoke only when you play. Minimum bet for some tables of BJ was $6, it was very confused, so people preferred to put $10, so they lost more, for sure.

Nothing special in Bahamas, there are only beaches. Don't waste your time for shopping.

From New York to Canaveral an Bahamas by 8 nights of nightmare.
