Very disappointed with this ship especially the Pinnacle Steakhouse

Dinner is always great on any Carnival ship, we sat in the Black Pearl at table 267 late seating. The Joseph and the boys were the best ever! I can see from experience that Carnival is cutting back but dinner is great. The buffet on deck 9 is the worst we have ever experienced. Food trays were not refilled when empty, Ice Cream machines the same. Two stations were cooked to order and the lines were terrible. How Carnival could have these two stations on a ship this large is beyond me.

The staff at the Pinnacle Steakhouse refused to give me a reservation for 6 claiming they were booked the whole cruise. I have photos of all the empty tables each night that I'm sending to the Main Office.

No Carnival Guest can ever complain about their Stateroom or the people assigned to them.

Dead Ship! Something about this ship is off like no ones cares. We never saw the Captain, he was a no show at the past guest event. We had other Carnival Ships in port with us, they were alive and great music playing. Not us, we just sailed away like we were a ghost ship.

We have been on a cruise with the Cruise Director on 3 other cruises, even he has seemed to change on this ship. He actually walked away from me after I called out to him like I was not there.

Don't know if I'm going to make Platinum Status after this Cruise. I think we will go to NCL next year and stay as long as the Splendor is in New York.
