I had a much better time that I expected.

The food was excellent no matter which restaurant we went to. The only odd thing was that the room service breakfast was very inconsistent in terms of the quantity received. We placed the same order on two separate days -- one day we got 3 each of muffins and croissants and another we received only one of each. Some days we receive milk we hadn't asked for, other days when we ordered yogurt we got knives and forks but no spoons. I would recommend picking a lot of different options and hoping for the best. This was the only flaw in an overall excellent customer service experience onboard.

As it was in the rear of the ship near the engine and the side thrusters it got a little noisy when docking.

The shows were horrifyingly bad. At one point they broke into "One Night in Bangkok" which was just laughable. Went to a couple of the art auctions and shopping advice talks which were interesting.

Stingray Beach in Cozumel was great for snorkeling and playing with the rays. Unfortunately, because of the way they've got the expeditions timed there is no way to go on more than one on a given day. Don't plan on doing any shopping in Progresso -- there is a tiny shopping area right at the pier that doesn't have much. Cozumel has a similar pierside shopping area that is much, much larger and with some high quality stores. Also, more shopping available in downtown Cozumel - not sure anything is available within Progresso.

Went from New Orleans to Progresso and then Cozumel and returned (5 days).
