Carnival Victory Cruise Review
Halifax, Canada

Our group of 6,all with different needs sailed from NYC on a beautiful day. The embarkation (and debarkation) was outstanding. If you get to the ship at noon, you can walk right onto the ship and up to the Lido deck for lunch. Your room won't be ready until 1:30 but you will have lots of time to review the entire ship and change dinner times, if you need to. The ship is large and it is difficult to find the Pacific dining room. You need to go to 5th floor aft and walk down a flight or two. I have cruised on 3 other lines and was expected Carnival to be inferior. I was wrong. The service was every bit as professional. Dining room service was prompt and caring. Room steward was also unobtrusive; the room was always spotless.
