Carnival Victory Cruise Review
Eastern Caribbean
William & Madeline Osborne
We started our cruise out of the beautiful port of Miami, FL and set out for a beautiful week. The ship itself is so pretty that you really don’t want to leave it to go ashore at the ports and the crew, as we have always experienced was great!!
We thoroughly enjoyed the Karaoke Bar with “Boston Rob” and the crew of the “Legends Show”.
The food at all of the different places
was good, some better than others, but all were acceptable. Everything always
hot and well presented.
Of course, Horace and Victor in the Atlantic Dining Room were just GREAT! And
very eager to help us make our choice, or bring us one of each if we couldn’t
decide!
As for the Ports, San Juan looked to be somewhere that could be interesting, but not getting there until almost dark is really a wasted stop unless you are a night club person. By the time we walked along the main street, it was dark and we were advised to not wonder around too much.
St. Thomas and St. Marten were beautiful with the mountains in the background of the beautiful blue waters… Our tour guide in St. Marten said he went there on vacation 19 years ago and never left and I can certainly understand how he could make that choice!
Both places are somewhere I would love to go back to and have more than one day to explore!!!
Overall, we had a really good time and all
things went very well!!!
