Very poorly organized starting with embarkation. Stood in line for 3 & 1/2 hours to board- ship arrived late and people were still leaving as we boarded. We didn't board until 3:30pm! Dining room for dinners were excellent! Our cabin steward introduced himself on the first night and we never saw him again! Our water and soft drinks were never replenished. Told that cabin had refrigerator-there was not one, ice was brought very infrequently. Only one show per night @ 10:30pm, very late for early diners. No activities for children-they ran wild throughout the ship both days, couldn't use pools/hot tubs because of the kids!

Dinners in the dining room were excellent but no lobster! The buffets @ breakfast and lunch were mundane. Very long lines, slow moving with lukewarm foods. Ice cream machines ran out early due to kids. Coffee was available but no milk, cream or dry creamer. Hard to find places to sit @ the buffets because staff did not clean tables very quickly. Desserts @ dinner were awesome!! You have to try the chocolate melting cake!

Adequate. Bed was very comfortable. No refrigerator in cabin. Bathroom was large with a nice shower and amenities available. Temperature was easy to adjust using ceiling control. Plenty of closet space.

Seriously lacking! Bingo was played twice but very short games and cards were fairly expensive to buy. Not too many activities to choose...

Instead of spending your money on this particular cruise I would suggest taking a 3day or 4day to Bahamas , Bermuda, etc. The money spent would be about even.

Even though this was not what we expected, it was a relaxing time AFTER FINALLY BEING ABLE TO BOARD! The dinner menus were very good, the drinks were good and it was a fair passenger mix. Needed some focused activities for the little ones, though. Staff was all but invisible and seemed like they really didn't want to be there.
