Great cruise. Loved being at different island every day. Encountered no problems.

Food was fine. Loved having the 3 yogurt ice cream machines onboard!

Fine.

Only participated in one trivial contest, which was fun. Found we enjoyed just relaxing on the Lido deck and not worrying about keeping track of where to be and when.

On the islands, you are bombarded by people selling. They are very agressive, but if you say NO strongly and with a smile most are friendly and will go on to someone else. Try to be prepared as possible as to what you plan to do on the island before leaving the ship. There are many taxi driver's wanting to give you a tour. We mostly did Carnival excursions with the exception of 2.

Here's the excursions we did (not in the order of stops):
Barbados -- hired driver to go to beach. Getting taxi confusing. Just ask lots of questions. We went to blue parrot beach (where the sea turtles are) - $7.50 each way to beach. $5.00 each for chair & umbrella. People selling on beach annoying but no way to stop them.

Dominica -- Our river tubing trip was canceled so we got off ship and hired NICK in his sarafi jeef to give us a tour of the rain forest and island. He was excellent and charged $20 a piece for about a 4 hour tour. Waterfall hike (easy) a must see! There were 4 of us and 4 others joined us. It was an open jeep that allowed you to view the landscape clearly -- not like in a bus where it is hard to see. It was a cool day so we did not need air conditioning that a bus provides. If possible so with the open jeep. You experience so much more.

St Thomas -- Kayaking, hike, snokeling. This was fun. Enjoyed very much. It was my first time snokeling and did fine. Didn't see a whole lot of fish but wonderful experience. Easy to do.

Antigua -- Pirate Ship. This was okay. I expected more. Expensive for a boat ride to explore an island where British has an outpost and go on treasure hunt.

St Lucia and St Kitts we did tours of island. Both have rain forests but if you have seen Dominica's you have seen the best. St. Kitts best as we got a tour of the sugar cane plantations.

Enjoyed the ship. Once you figure out that the 3rd & 4th levels don't go through (kitchen galleys are in the center) you have it made making your way around!
