Had a good time and saw a lot.

The sit down dinners are almost always exceptional. The buffets are hit or miss.

I upgraded to the balcony this time. I felt it was well worth it. It was very private and surprisingly peaceful.

Seems like they are always the same...hairy chest contest, marraige game, etc.

Don't miss Dominica (discontinued stop as of november 2010). It was the best island in my opinion, there is lots to see. I booked independently with Antours. It was much cheaper($57pp) and included extra points of interest. over the cruise ($80pp) options. The river tubing was fun but, can vary from relaxing to risky depending on the day.
Also, Tia's sulfur springs is awesome, it's set right in the rainforest by a creek. $5 pp. admission!

For Barbados...do the turtle snorkel....you are almost guaranteed to see several

On most islands you can take a cab on your own for less (not St. Lucia the cruise line tours are cheaper)

The shopping is the best in
St. Thomas for duty free (the allowance is higher for purchases on this island)
St. Kitts and St. Maarten (dutch side) were best for bargains on usual souveneirs and jewelry

For jewelry go to 1st class in St. Kitts!!! It is family owned, the service and pricing is great.
