This was my 6th and last cruise with Carnival. The service has gotten extremely lousy. I was very surprised with this being a new ship. The Pursor's staff was indifferent and "put off" when asked simple questions. My room steward never changed the sheets the entire 7 days. If my daughter wouldn't have had such a great time, the trip would have been a total wash.
