From this experience and what others have told me about other cruise lines, Carnival definitely believes in having a good time!

The trip started with my companion missing her flight and not expected to board ship until sailing time; however, Carnival agents took care of everything and made sure she got there way before sailing. When they say you sail at 4:00 p.m., count on 5:30 because you have to go through the safety drill.

When we left port, we wondered around checking out the ship, wondering if we would have a good time. The fun started when we got to dinner. Everyone at our table clicked and we all hung out together every night at the Disco, STRIPES. Our waiter was really funny and nice. It's pretty neat meeting all of the cruise members who are from all over the world! The food was not what we expected. It reminded me of Vegas...not too good. I expected elaborate buffets 3 and 4 times per day...not so. The pizza is good and is available 24 hours!

We were on the lowest level. Our cabin was VERY small and the bathroom was TINY. There was only one electrical outlet in the entire cabin. So ladies, if you are traveling with your friends, make sure to bring extensions or something!! We had an inside cabin, so we woke up in darkness every morning. We will definitely get a window next time.

Key West was ok. We didn't have much time there. Just expect a lot of junk stores. Cozumel...well, we took a not so good excursion through the Mayan Ruins...pretty much fake. That took way too much time and cost too much money. Wouldn't recommend that one!

The formal evening was nice; however, not everyone follows the dress code. That was a little disappointing for those of us who went all out on evening wear. Oh well, we looked good anyway.

Pictures and more pictures! Be prepared to spend some money!

My favorite part of the cruise was laying out on deck. Oh, the games like the "hairiest man contest" are hilarious!

I would definitely recommend this cruise for singles and the younger crowd! Overall, we did have a great time and we are even considering finding some more friends to go again this Sept!
