This was absolutely the worst cruise ever. The staff is rude and unfriendly. Elevator was down in atrium and the other you had to be careful that you didn't trip because it wasn't level with the floor. Shows were lousy. Room was noisy and vibrated alot from the ship. Was not informed by travel agent or Carnival about it. Were told afterwards, by an employee, that they should have warned us. We asked to get off ship, but there was no airport in Ensenada, that we would have to pay for couple different bus transportations. We asked to move to another room, but they were booked. Photo staff was very disorganized. The cruise director and his staff were not enthusiastic. Very boring. Been on two carnival cruises before and loved it. Best advisement before you book is to read the reviews and get other peoples opinions. Also find out who your cruise director will be on the cruise before you go. Carnival's recommended Sail and Snorkel Fiesta excursion - beware - snorkel into a very populated boating area. Beware a boat or kayaker doesn't hit you. The worst trip we have ever taken.
