I have never in my life been as upset with anyone as I am with Carnival's "customer service". I have been on eight past Carnival Cruises and would have never considered another cruise line. The treatment I have gotten has been unbelievable. I booked my cruise on 04/22/2011 for my 10 year wedding anniversary and was encouraged to buy the insurance for my husband and myself for an additional $98.00 so if anything happened I could get a refund. Well one week later I found out I was pregnant and I called and was told that I wouldn't be able to go on the cruise but my money was non refundable, which I didn't know or I wouldn't have bought the insurance! So now I paid 398.00, can't go on the cruise due to Carnival's policy and can't get my money back. I have called multiple times trying to understand how this makes any since and was hung up on today. DO NOT BOOK WITH CARNIVAL!
