I experienced the worst service at debarkation on the Carnival Elation. My parents are older and need assistance getting on and off the ship. The Elation made the experience deplorable and I will never sail with Carnival again. While my wife, daughter, grandchildren and friends were waiting for us after debarkation and made numerous cell phone calls to check on our status; my 89 year old blind father asked the staff how much longer it would be? The Carnival employee replied it will be a long time for you. We were first told that we were waiting on wheel chairs but other families walked out in discussed came back to report that wheel chairs were being returned and stored in another area. When sufficient chairs were available, staff to push the chairs were not made available.

Stateroom staff were great
