Upon returning to the Cruise
Ship we reported our adventure and explained that we were upset about the misrepresented trip. We
then were told that we would hear from someone the next day. The next day came and went with no
response. So we called again. We again were told that we would hear something tomorrow. That never
happened. Finally three days later we received a letter and were credited 50% of the excursion. The
whole process was very long and drawn out. Carnival did not seem to be willing to make things right.
In all of the ports you can see and do just about everything on your own and save a lot of money as well as being able to find out exactly what it is that you will be doing or seeing.
