This was my first cruise so of course I really have no other cruise experience to compare it to. However, I can honestly say that it was the best vacation of my life and I have many fantastic vacations!

I was very pleased with the comfortable and clean cabins (I wanted to take the bed home with me!) My entire family was on board (20 of us in all) and everyone had a fabulous time.

The food was incredible, the shows were wonderful. There was something to keep everyone entertained. There was always something fun to do! The pool party on Thursday night was a blast!

I think what impressed me the most was the courtesy of the crew. Their upbeat, cheerful attitude makes you feel that this was their first cruise after a long restful vacation but after chatting with many of them, I found that most of them had been on board for several months and some were quite homesick. They have no time off between cruises. We arrived back in New Orleans in the morning and by 4PM the ship sets sail with another new group of lucky people. I don't know how they do it! We were very fortunate to have one of the very best waiters in the Celebration Dining room. His name is Denis. He is from Croatia. He was wonderful to our family. He even planned a special cake for my parents 50th anniversary. I could go on and on about how wonderful my trip on the Fantasy was. The only hard part is now I have a severe case of PCD (post cruise depression)!

The food was excellent! I especially loved the Thai Barbeque and of course the Warm Chocolate Melting Cake! I could not resist it and I even have a slight allergy to chocolate.

The rooms were clean and had much more storage than I anticipated. Very comfortable beds and super soft linens.

This ship normally goes to Cozumel but because of the Swine Flu we were rerouted to Key West and Bahamas. Fort Zachary State park in Key West is a must see! It is a beautiful beach with great snorkling. This is great to do if you are on a limited budget like us ($8 round trip cab ride per person and about $1 admission into park). You could walk from the ship to the park especially if your ship docks at the naval base-but we had little ones with us and found it easier to take a cab).

Absolutely FANTASTIC!
