Our cruise was planned during spring break. This was my 3rd cruise, my husbands 5th and our daughters 1st. The ship was really nice, the staff was wonderful, except for one of the dealers in the casino.. he was a little rude. Our room steward was awesome, always met every need and expectation and more that we had. My favorite was our waiter Sam... He was so wonderful with his exceptional service...I felt like he was part of my family..so willing to go out of his way to please not just us but everyone.. and with all the people that he served.. he even remembered our names and what we had to eat the night before.. My husband and I just got to where we let him plan our dinner for us.. we didnt even look at the menu!! The Ladies in the Spa area did a wonderful job on our massages, and our hair and nails for formal night... I really dont have any complaints about the staff at all..The only problem I had with the ship is that there was people smoking everywhere.. so much where you couldnt enjoy all the activities if you were a nonsmoker like myself. Plus we went on spring break.. lol wont ever do that again.. ALOT of drunk college kids .. enough said. My overall cruise experience was good though.. I would recommend this cruise if you can get passed the cigerette smoke.

The Food was wonderful, No other way to describe it.. Never was disappointed.

Our cabin was V10, it was a suite on the verandah.. It was nice..A little disappointed with the size of the balcony though. when we sat in the two chairs on our balcony, we had to sit sideways so our legs wouldnt be pressed on the Rales.. If i would have known it was going to be so small..I probably would have stayed interior or one of the deluxe suites

For our daughter who just turned 14, she was very active with the Circle C... I was really pleased with all the activities they had for her.. As for adults.. I can say I never was bored.. I really enjoyed all the shows, the comedians, and playing in the casino

We really didnt see anything that sparked our intrest that carnival had to offer.. we already had an idea of what we wanted to do at each port so we booked the excursions privatley... not through the cruise line.. WELL DONT DO IT... we did the Black beards cay in Nassau, swimming with the stingrays, which we had done on a previous cruise and loved it... It was horrible this time around.. And I DO NOT recommend Key west Sunset sports.. that was the worst excursion ever... They take you in the middle of the ocean saying you can do all these things... then they have so many people and not enough equipment.. 140 bucks a person.. we got ripped off majorly.. Freeport was nice.. we just walked around at the shops, but mostly spent most of the day on the ship

We arrived in Charleston, South Carolina that morning and went through all the processing pretty quick.. I think from the time they took our luggage till we got on the ship was a total of about 15 to 20 minutes.. of course since we had previously cruised we were VIPs. The boarding experience was great... took a little bit to get all our luggage, but that was ok.. we didnt expect it to come quick.. The ship was clean, and since it had been redone.. it was actually really nice..Once we boarded it was about 1 hour before we could go to our room..so we toured the ship.Like I previously said.. the cruise experience was good.. When arriving back to Charleston.. Getting off the ship was very easy.. The only issue we had that morning was.. we were getting off the ship at 630am and breakfast was not ready until after that.. which wasnt good.. we had a 71/2 hour trip home!! we managed though.
