This by far was the worst cruise I have ever been on, no dryer in room and could not provide one, they removed the room service menu from the room out of the bound book after my mother ordered one time, no glasses left in the room and room service stated they didn't have any, the television channel selection was the worst I have ever seen on a cruise previously, and the television was old and you could not even read the menu guide for the channels. The elevators were always broken and I was traveling with an elderly family member who could not use the stairs. The cabin was the smallest I have ever stayed in and the ship is very old.

The signature chocolate lava cake was undercooked and raw most nights and came with ice cream that was melted. The lobster night resulted in overcooked and mushy lobster and when we sent it back the second lobster tail brought out was the same way. Unlike most cruises, the waiter had be constantly asked for water and lemon and while the cheese grater was on the serving bar but we were never offered any cheese or ground pepper for our food or caesar salad. The pizza was cold in the pizzeria the two times that we tried it. Unlike most ships, there was no waffle station on the Lido deck.

Very small, no dryer, no glasses and they took the room service menu out of the bound book after my mother ordered room service one time.

Worst cruise I have ever been on.
