A delightful experience, it exceeded all my expectations.

Main dining room food was excellent, with impecable service. 24-hour pizzaria could not be beat. Buffet food really good to excellent.

Clean and with adequate room.

Non-stop. If you get bored on this cruise, it's your fault. Plenty of activities to choose from night and day.

Key West trolley tour was a good 1.5 hour overview of the entire city. You can come back and hit the places that interest you.

Weather was perfect. We were originally scheduled to visit Cozumel, but a week before the cruise we were informed that, because of the Swine Flu scare, we would divert to Key West, Florida. That was OK with me. Staff was unbelievably accommodating and cordial. Holiday is an older ship, but has been kept up very nicely. Two experiences could have made the trip less than incredible: 1) We could not operate the dead bolt of our cabin the first morning and were locked in. The staff showed up within 5 minutes, got us out, admitted there was a problem and immediately repaired it; 2) Upon disembarkation and getting into my vehicle in the parking facility, I realized I had left my hang-up clothes in the closet in our cabin. I thought I would never see them again or it might take hours to retrieve. Upon reentering the terminal, I told the person at security what had happened, I was asked for my Sail & Sign card and was told to wait. Within ten minutes a cheery lady appeared with all of my clothing! It was all-in-all a great experience and I can't wait to go back again!
