The worst cruise I ever had. Left New Orleans 4 hrs late, rumors about a late plane, but then later director said the was technical difficulties?

1st day at sea, engines stopped and total power failure. These time delays caused use to be late to Cozumel which caused us to miss out on all excursions, barely enough time to shop. Later that night on the way back, another complete power failure, this at night so the ship was completely black except for some emergency lighting. All in all the worst cruise I've had, when in need of a vacation. Nothing was offered for the missed time except an apology. I don't think we will cruise carnival again.
