Our cruise on the Imagination for the most part was great, however the guidance toward the end was less than. We had gone after dinner the last night and asked Guest Services to assist us due to a scheduled very early flight from Miami to disembark as early as we could. We were told to be at the 7th level in the theater at 8:00AM and we would be early at getting off the ship, we were there but not the earliest (8:30) and eventually disembarking at 9:00AM.
When we got to the airport we were denied boarding due to the late arrival and had to pay $1200.00 to get home utilizing the same seats in Philadelphia that were canceled by our denied boarding.
