Overall this cruise experience rates as a 4 out of 10. It's an older ship but it was very clean. There is always someone cleaning even late at night. I HATE that it's only 2 irons onboard the ship on the frist floor. So if you are lucky enough to get in there to iron take every thing you want to iron with you! May not get in there again! It was 5 people ahead of me to use 2 irons!

The food was pretty good. Good selections for dinner, the lobster was excellent! I really enjoyed the Asian buffet for lunch everyday. They cook the food right there in front of you. Lines were pretty long, but hey that's part of it. But one thing I didn`t understand, we called room service one morning and they told us that we couldn`t get "hot food" (bacon, omelets, etc.) we could get only cereals, fruits etc. Now I KNEW that was true, so I guess they were tired and WASN`T going to bring it. For breakfast, varied of food to select, even the powder eggs were ok lol!

Our statesroom was ok. We have an oceanview, three beds, alittle cramped but that it was cool. Very clean and well kepted everyday. They did a great job on our room everyday. Only one problem, windows were very nasty, could bearly see out of them. Need cleaning from the outside.

Wasn't impressed with onboard activities! If you're not in the age range of 15-30 you're out of luck! All of the night life is for hip hop people or latinos! THIS CRUISE "clearly" need clubs for 40 and up! There were SO MANY people in that age bracket saying the same thing. R and B clubs are need for sure! We walked around and half of the clubs were not even open! The giant slide wasn't up, the big screen tv that was supposed to be on the deck wasn't there. Bingo was a JOKE! Carnival, you got to do better!

Went to the Atlantis resort which was cool. Don't pay for the tour, just pay and go as you please of the place. Food was just ok, however, the drinks were WONDERFUL! The bahama mama drink was great! Also, can't remember the name of this drink, but it was an ocean blue color it was good also. And don't forget to sat in the "lucky" huge gold chair! Rumor has it that if you sat in it, wealth will come your way! Shopping in the bahamas is just like shopping everywhere else. You got those that are trying to sell you $hit you don't want nor need, beggars every step and turn you make, but one thing for sure if you want to buy something, you can always talk them down on their prices!

The trip was cool b/c I was with my family, but it could have been a lot better. Again, the nightlife for 40 and up needs to be improved! Not everyone is interested in hip hop and Latino music. Karaoke is the only thing that kept me sane, but it shuts down @11pm.
