Ship: Imagination
Sailing Date: November 4th, 2004
Itinerary: Western Caribbean
We had read many of the reviews to acquaint ourselves with the routine. Boarding
the ship went very smoothly. We went to the Shore Tours desk to book our
excursions right away. We then explored the ship. The muster drill was a
complete waste of time...putting a disgusting, smelly, life-jacket around your
neck for 30 minutes was horrible. Over the course of the cruise we met many
wonderful friendly, couples. The dinners were incredibly good....we ordered two
entres each at every meal. Drank mostly coffee, iced tea and lemonade during the
day and the occasional cocktail at night. The shows were first rate. The
comedians were x-rated and hilarious. Key West was funky (lots of margaritas).
Cozumel was a disaster (stay away from the 4X4 Jeep Excursion)!! There were too
many rowdy, sometimes drunken packs of males and females all over the ship. It
was our first cruise and we had a great time.
