Everything went very well until disembarkation.....we decided to leave ship with baggage since flight was early. Were told to go to Empress Deck. Went there when told. Told to go to back of ship and wait in a line that wrapped around a row of cabins. We could not see the foyer of this level since we were waiting down a hallway. Once we made our way around the hallway after about an hour waiting in line we saw what was happening. The ones leaving much later were coming from down below and up above and were getting directly off the ship while we had been waiting for some time. It was the worst experience I have ever had leaving any type of venue. As well as other things are planned on the ship it does look like they could come up with a better way for this to take place. I believe I could do better at that!

Open seating was great. Dining room experience was sometimes "mystery food."

Wish we had more time on Grand Cayman. Cozumel was a very depressed area.
