My overall FIRST cruise experience to Grand Cayman and Cozumel was great.
My family and I have traveled throughout Europe and after being landlocked in Ohio for the last few years we were looking for an enjoyable traveling experience.
We were not disappointed.

The crew of Carnival Inspiration did a great
job taking care us.

We all thought the food was very good and commend the Chef, cooks and the staff for doing
a good job feeding so many people at all hours of the day and night. We always found the
Lido/Brassiere to be accomodating even late at night and if closed there was always room service.

We were satisfied with our stateroom. At times there was a minimal odor in the bathroom and the window wasn't
crystal clear. But it is a ship with a couple of thousand people using the bathrooms and it is sailing in the
ocean (salt water).

My husband and I were only looking for a relaxing atmosphere so were not looking to be entertained at all times.

But when we wanted something to do i.e sports trivia for my husband and good live band for me we had no problem.

My 17 year old son really enjoyed the O2 Teen lounge and my 20 year old enjoyed the disco.
Their only small complaint was that there wasn't much for them to do during the day. A basketball court and bigger swimming pool would have been nice.
The hot tubs should be off limits for anyone under the age of 16. They were turned into kiddie pools.

We did not participate in the excursions and instead opted to do our own thing upon
arrival to Grand Cayman and Cozumel. We found great taxi drivers at reasonable prices.

This was our first cruise and we couldn't be happier with our first cruise experience.
I traveled with my husband, 17 and 20 year old sons. We all had a great time
and are looking forward to our next cruise. I have read some of the previous reviews and
I am shocked at what some have to say. I feel the crew did an outstanding job making sure
we were happy and satisfied. It could help that we treat people equally and the way we wish
to be treated and don't look at anyone as second class citizens. Yes there were a few intoxicated people like there are at any bar in the world but I never witnessed a large
amount of drunk people. We also experienced a delay boarding in Tampa but took it in stride because in life things happen. We didn't hold it against the Cruise line or its crew.
The food on board wasn't great but for the amount of food having to be prepared everyday it was very good. The port of calls were very satisfactory and we had enough time to sightsee and experience Grand Cayman and Cozumel.
