Itinerary: Cayman Islands and Cozumel

Overall a great vacation. We went to Cayman Islands and Cozumel Mexico. We left from Tampa Flordia and it was a 5 day cruise in total. I would go on a cruise every day of the week with Carnival because this was a lot of fun.

Great food. Honestly, I am open to new foods, so the menu didnt bother me. It seems as if Carnival tried to inter-mix specialties and burger/fry items to make every one happy. I ate like a king each day and anyone with the pickyest pallet would be fine. I mean, $350 cruise and you get lobster, steak, salmon, crab, etc, etc, etc.... how can you go wrong!

Stateroom was better than expected. We had the interior state room, which is 195 sq. ft. Very bright with all the lights one, tv served its purpose, good vanity area as well. Bathroom was well sized for a single person, but it seemed that you felt the boat motions most in the bathroom. Overall, the beds was incredible, enough size, nothing to complain about.

Lots of competitions to win a trophy from carnival, I really wanted one but never could win. But on a five day cruise there was about 40-50 activities a day, spaced out about 15-30 minutes apart. Activities ranged from fitness classes, towel folding classes, trivia, shows, casino activities, parties, etc. Wide range of stuff to keep you busy. If all else fails, there is plenty of room to lay out.

Overall a 9.5/10
