This was our first cruise, so I don't have much to compare it to except other dining and entertainment experiences. The food was good, but the service seemed rushed regardless of the dining venue... buffet or dining room. The ship felt clean and well cared for. We didn't see any evidence of neglected maintenance. The first show we saw in the Normandy Lounge (a music review) was good. However the second show was canceled for unexplained reasons and the magician that performed the night before and a comedian who really wasn't funny filled the slot. Overall the experience was good.
