Itinerary: Ensenada

This is my 1st cruise and 1st time to Mexico. 8 of us including 2 kids (3 & 5), 2 adults (34 -45) and 4 seniors (~60s). There wasn't much to do on the ship and at Ensenada, but I enjoyed it so much because I finally got a chance to sit down, relax and not think about cooking, cleaning, and planning for activities.

I normally get motion sickness easily, however, I didn't get any sea sickness during the 4 days sailing (even though I felt the ship moving from time to time).

The dinners were excellent. We love the steak, crab cake, and lobster with tiger shrimp. Remember always choose from the waiter's suggestions since they know their food.

Breakfast and lunch were just okay but worth trying are the omelets and the grilled sandwiches. The rest wasn't too impressive.

It is totally worth it for an ocean view room. Since it was my 1st time on a cruise, the room and the window were larger than I expected. There were 2-3 times room service came around each day.

We didn't get any tours because they seemed to be expensive and the downtown was close by so you don't need a bus. But the horse ride ($5/person for 1/2hr) seemed to be reasonable, I should try it next time if I go again.
