HORRIBLE experience. Did not sleep for 3 days due to the noise in the cabin. We brought our children and had two cabins side by side. After night one of calling guest service all night complaining they called and told us we could switch cabins (evening of day 2). When we asked about 2 side by side cabins we were told they had no clue we had 2 cabins, really??? Called back and said they could downgrade us to a lower deck but upgrade us to oceanview room although cabins would not be together. Not acceptable, once again traveling with kids! We were pretty much told that is all we have. 3rd day we receive a letter under our door stating that they apologize for the maintenance (noise) problem and gave us a sign and sail credit for 20% of one night (one cabin). When I called and asked why only one night and not the 3 were there they said we tried to fix it and move you but you declined. Once again, really??? We have kids and are responsible parents, guess that is our downfall. Other issues were our dining time was wrong (again we were told they could not fix and we would have to go at that time or go to the buffett), bedding arrangement was wrong on arrival (room steward was AWESOME and said he would fix before turndown and did just that). Went to the dining room only one night and the service was average at best. Entertainment was good. Our 9 year loved the camp carnival. Overall just very disappointed in the lack of eagerness to help and most likely will not take another Carnival cruise :(. This was our 2nd time on Carnival and I have to say the 1st time was wonderful.

Did not do any excursions. Walked to the public beach which was perfect and beautiful.
